Blend Dark Chocolate 63%
A sweet and round flavor, combined with flowers and spices notes are typical elements of this chocolate, that has been produced using the most aromatic qualities of cacao from South America. Ideal combination with precious wines and rhum. Produced without any usage of vanilla or soy lecithin.
Blend Dark Chocolate 70%
Tobacco and leather notes are typical of this chocolate, together with the little acidity and the intense notes of roasted cacao. This Blend Dark Chocolate 70% has been produced using the most aromatic qualities of Cacao from South America. As all our dark chocolate disks, the Dark Chocolate Blend 70% Cialdina is made without using any vanilla or soy, to enhance even more its balanced notes.
Blend Dark Chocolate 75%
The high cacao content gives this chocolate an intense and aromatic flavor. Typical for its red fruits and spices notes that enhance its acidity and its freshness, this Blend Dark Chocolate 75% has been produced using the most aromatic qualities of Cacao from South America. Ideal combination for tastings with precious wines, distillates and rhum. Produced without any usage of vanilla or soy lecithin.

We suggest to store the product at a temperature of 12-21°C, preferably in dry conditions and spaces free of odors and away from heat sources.
The optimal tasting temperatures are 22-23°C.
If stored at the above conditions, the product maintains its characteristics unchanged up to 24 months.
