Sao Tomè cacao is one of the most extra-ordinary cacao in the world. Guido Gobino got in contact directly with the small producers of this excellent cacao source during EXPO Milan 2015. At first we decided to create an exclusive line only dedicated to the special event organized by the cacao producers, afterwards, we decided to introduce this extraordinary cacao into our regular Selection.
For enhancing the aromatic profile of this cacao, we labored it by itself creating three different recipes: Milk Chocolate 35%, Dark Chocolate 63% and Dark Chocolate 80%.
The Milk Chocolate Cialdina 35% is typical for its balanced flavor and its caramel notes.
We suggest to store the product at a temperature of 17-19°C and relative humidity of 50-60%, preferably in dry conditions and spaces free of odors and away from heat sources.
If stored at the above conditions, the product maintains its characteristics unchanged up to 24 months.
