Cocoa from these territories is rich in aromatic nuances and is perfect for producing high quality chocolate. The cocoa beans, after being selected, arrive directly in our laboratory: here we transform them into our chocolate.
Cocoa Butter is also important in the production of Chocolate: it is the vegetable fat contained in cocoa beans and does not contain cholesterol.

PIEDMONT HAZELNUTS PGI

For our Gianduja Chocolate we only use IGP Hazelnuts from Piedmont Langhe, one of the most suitable areas for Hazelnut. We select only those that are harvested in our own lands or those of farmers who work exclusively for us. After selecting and collecting the best hazelnuts, we roast them directly in our Chocolate Factory in Turin.

OUR HAZELNUT OIL
“Obtained by cold mechanical pressing in our laboratories”
Our Hazelnut Oil is unique for purity and nutritional properties. It is obtained by cold pressing from the fruits of the Piedmont hazelnuts IGP, directly in our laboratories. Rich in Flavonoids and Vitamins, it has antioxidant properties. We exclusively use our Hazelnut Oil in our Chocolate Spread Creams.

MILK
“Obtained in a controlled and certified supply chain”
Thanks to an important agreement with Latterie Inalpi, we only use whole milk from the farms of the Piedmontese Alpine Chain.
This allows us to promote an excellent ingredient from our territory and contribute to the improvement of breeding practices.
