Recipe Tip:
Bignè alla Crema Cacao Guido Gobino.
Ingredients (4 persons): 1 Kg cream, 120 g crema cacao Guido Gobino, Bignè (ready-made).
Preparation: whip the cream and gently add the cocoa cream while stirring constantly to obtain a homogeneous composition. Fill the cream puffs with a pastry bag. Sprinkle the fritters made with Guido Gobino cocoa powder at 22-24%.
