With the occasion, Guido Gobino confirms the application of the 41/2009 CE rule related to the food products labels that are suitable for the gluten intolerant.
In compliance with the implementation of this rule, on the Guido Gobino Chocolate Selection labels for which the total absence of gluten (or a content of 20 ppm minimum) is assured, there will be the sign "Gluten free".
